FREEBIE PLAYS -- (YTD: 151-125 / +37.75 UNITS)
TEXAS RANGERS (-130)
Texas ended up picking up two pretty big back-to-back wins against the sliding Angels in their last series. Now they get to face a Seattle team that is playing better lately, but is still the same Mariners team we have grown to love in recent years. The Rangers should be rolling pretty high coming into this one, and although this may be a let-down series for them when all is said and done, the plane ride from LA to SEA probably hyped the Rangers up enough to keep them going again in tonight's game. Iwakuma is on the mound for the Mariners tonight and he has struggled to find any type of rhythm against the Rangers in his career, posting an 0-2 record with a hefty 6.08 ERA and allowing 9 ER and 19 H in his 3 appearances (2 GS) against the heavy-hitting franchise. He faced off against them in his last start, and wasn't all that bad, despite getting tagged with the loss, as he was touched for 7 H and 2 ER in 5.1 IP in a game the Rangers won easily, 9-3. He also faced Texas once at home back in mid-July, and was stuck with another L in the 4-0 loss, after he allowed 4 ER and 7 H in only 5 IP. Perez is on the hill for the Rangers and through 5.1 IP and 2 outings against the Mariners, he has still yet to allow a single run or hit!! Yes, he has allowed only 2 BB and struck out 5 against these Mariners in his 2 appearances, but has held the Mariners to a dismal 0-for-14 against him in his career. Roll with the TEXAS RANGERS to WIN in Seattle once again.......
There you have it!!
Who else brings you the FREEBIE WINNERS like we do on a consistent basis?!
Best of luck to all tonight!! Let's get that money!!
